Adam Dobie

Adam's sporting back ground comes from rugby where he strived into the fitness industry. He attended Hartpury College for his studies in sport science BTEC (2years) and Strength and Conditioning Degree BSc (3 years). After this he became a PT in Marlborough for another 3 years working with a variety of clients from your everyday individual to your olympic athletes, also continuing his education as he worked. To date he is proud Co Owner of WhiteHorse Marlborough CrossFit with partner Alix Barbier.

Alix Barbier

Alix started her fitness journey slightly different to everyone, as a couple of years back she was a competitive show jumper and worked within the horse world for numerous years. She attended Hartpury college where she studied Equine Performance Degree (BSc) for 3 years. She then changed her path to start working alongside her partner Adam Dobie as a Personal trainer in Marlborough for 2 years. Today she is proud Co owner of White Horse Marlborough CrossFit and trains using the CrossFit methodology

Marius Hardiman

Marius Hardiman is an ex international Weightlifter from the 80’s and 90’s., competing in national and international competitions.


Marius has been working in Crossfit since 2013, building an excellent knowledge of limitations for both in new and experienced members in the Crossfit community. He is currently working in the top three Crossfit boxes in the region.


Marius’ Weightlifting tuition extends from “youth” (under 10 – under 17), masters” (34 – 80+)  he has aparticular interest in fitness and strength beyond the forties.


His range of expertise includes absolute beginners through to international level lifters and he has been coaching since 2000. With a specialism in “grassroots” and “development level,  including Weightlifting as the prime sport or secondary for athleticism in other sports.


Marius coaches within the highly successful “Oxford Powersports” Weightlifting Club in Oxford, leading his team to many national and international medals. In 2018 Oxford Powersports were the number one team in the British Youth Championships.


Starting his business “ Full Time Weightlifting” in early 2017, to further show his life long commitment to all things Weightlifting and Fitness, Working under the ethos of “Coach for life”


Full Time Weightlifting, also runs  “Satellite”  Weightlifting , where online programming and coaching is available through Marius.
